Short question about the title.
Pantser, does it stand for pantsu = panties or Panzer = tank in german?

  It’s a merge between pantsu (pantie), and the -er suffix of words, just to make it more of an adjective specific for people, rather than a noun.
  
  Bad examples: Stalker, Creeper, Runner, etc.

  I have volume 1 and volume 2 is coming out next month!
  Nobody’s scanlating it at the moment because zambo disbanded keishou but I’ll keep translating it if anybody’s interested in picking it up~

      Yes Keishou is closed. Like I said, Zambo (group leader) decided to disband Keishou because he just didn’t have time for it any more.
      
      I don’t have the raws though and I’m not debinding my copies to scan…
