Probably Asafuda, as “fuda” is the primary KUN reading for 札 (as in 花札 hanafuda = Japanese playing cards).

In regards to your question about the name in this chapter, can you post a link to the raw page in question? I was looking it up for you and was wondering if it might have been 朝礼 instead of 朝札.
