Now this is kind of really a long shot and i am aware of this probably not being to your taste but i’ll try anyways, ibitsu by okada kazuto has been dropped for years and okadas storys have always been, lets say emotionally charged and interesting.

How about Aegis in the Dark and Jesus, which share characters with Shi ga Futari?
I’ve considered them before, but some of my group members have mentioned that the art isn’t great. Hence, I kind of lost interest.
I think it is unlikely that you are intrested in it, but how about “Black Yome ni Yoroshiku!”?

Marginal operation and Angel heart look more appealing to me than an Arachnoid spin off but that's just my opinion.

Any chance you would finish Amaenaideyo (https://www.mangaupdates.com/series.html?id=8166) Someone did the first volume, and then another group did the sequel series. 6 volumes weren’t done. I have very good raw of the volumes if there is any possibility that you would pick it up. I have been trying to get a group to pick this up for years.

As for suggestions hm maybe ‘Marginal Operation’ – that’s a good currently publishing one with enough material out (4 volumes) to make a good start. And only 5 chapters released over the course of 2 years.
Or maybe ‘Shiroi Majo – Utsukushiki Sniper’. That one has no released scanlations but currently only 1 volume out.
