  Hi, staff from Kirei Cake. i know you may be busy… but i am wondering if i can ask you for a paid project?

  In such cases i know i am responsible of the payment for the raw japanese manga books but besides that, is there a price per page? or price per book? I am talking about a comedy manga with about 120 pages per book.

    The exact price depends on the amount of content per page that I’ll have to translate, but it’ll probably be $1.50 per page. More or less. I’d have to see the actual manga in order to give you a more accurate quote.

      Well, i am actually talking about the PaniPoni manga, that stopped being translated after Vol8.

      The only link i have found for raws working right now for Vol 9 is this

      I’d be thinking about it since we are talking of 9 vols to translate and that will be over 1,000

        Well, from a few pages randomly previewed on Batoto, I can tell that I won’t be liking the art nor story.

        I will settle for $1.25 per page; empty pages are free. Let me know whenever you decide to go through with it.
