  The red rice Noah was talking about should be sekihan. It’s often eaten to celebrate special occasions, in this case, Astra leaving his house. And “something is falling” (I don’t remember the exact saying) means something ridiculous happening (also Astra leaving his house). And Noah mixed the two up.
